One brand, many outlets, three different businesses wearing the same name: restaurants, catering and banquets – each needing its own website and enquiry flow, all running from a single hosting account with every lead landing on WhatsApp. This is how we built Platform 65’s web system.
The situation
Platform 65 is not one restaurant – it is a hospitality brand with outlets plus dedicated catering and banquet verticals. Before the rebuild, the brand’s web presence was fragmented: outlet information, catering enquiries and banquet bookings had no clean home of their own, forms emailed into inboxes nobody watched promptly, and hosting was scattered. A customer looking for a banquet hall landed on the same page as someone hunting a weekend dinner – and both had to work to enquire.

What we did
We gave each vertical its own property instead of cramming everything into one site: dedicated websites and web applications for the restaurant brand, catering orders and banquet bookings, each with content and enquiry flows written for that buyer. Behind them sits one managed Hostinger account – every property deployed, backed up and updated from a single place, owned by the client with our team holding working access.
Then we closed the response gap. Every form and store enquiry across the properties routes to the team’s WhatsApp as well as email – the same gateway pattern running on our own deskbees.com. New catering enquiry at 9 PM? It pings a phone in seconds, with the customer’s number tappable for instant callback. Read how the plumbing works in website enquiries on WhatsApp.

Project scope at a glance
Before vs after: the enquiry path
| Step | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Finding the right vertical | One mixed site, buyer hunts | Dedicated site per vertical |
| Sending an enquiry | Email form, inbox delays | Form + instant WhatsApp alert |
| Hosting & updates | Scattered logins | One managed account, backups on |
| Response visibility | Unknown until inbox checked | Phone pings in seconds |
