Neuromodulation is hard to explain and harder to trust from a search result. Asha Neuromodulation Clinics needed a website that translates a specialist treatment into plain language – and turns anxious searches into appointment calls. Here is how we structured it.
The situation
Specialist clinics face a double problem: patients cannot spell what they need (“that magnetic brain treatment for depression”), and generic hospital-directory listings answer nobody’s real questions. Asha’s site had to do the job of a calm receptionist – what the treatment is, who it suits, what a session feels like, and how to book – without making medical claims a clinic cannot defend. No hype, no before-after miracles, just clarity.

What we did
We rebuilt the content around patient questions, not department names: one page per concern in plain words, a step-by-step “what happens in your first visit” section, doctor credentials stated factually, and call plus WhatsApp buttons on every screen – because a nervous patient decides in minutes. Behind it: on-page SEO for Hyderabad treatment searches, Google Business Profile alignment (hours, categories, reviews flow), and speed work so pages open fast on mobile data. Method notes: small business website guide and Business Profile playbook.

Content structure: questions answered
Enquiry path: before vs after
| Step | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Patient search | Directory listings, no answers | Dedicated explainer pages per concern |
| First-visit fear | Unknown process, hesitation | Step-by-step visit walkthrough |
| Contacting | Phone number hunting | Call + WhatsApp on every screen |
| Finding the clinic | Stale Maps info | Aligned profile, reviews flow on |

What changed
Measured results (enquiry calls and form fills over time, with source and dates) plus a client quote will be published here once approved – real proof only, no medical claims.
