Bridal shopping starts on the phone weeks before the store visit. Brides shortlist designers from collections they can browse at midnight – and walk past shops with no online catalogue. Aanchal Designer needed exactly that: the collection online, enquiries on WhatsApp, visits pre-sold before the bride arrives.
The situation
Designer wear sells on seeing: fabric, fall, embroidery detail, how a lehenga moves. Aanchal’s work lived in the store and on scattered phone photos – invisible to every bride researching from home or another city. Walk-ins arrived cold, flipping through racks from zero; appointments competed with designers whose full collections browsed beautifully online. The ask: put the collection where brides already are, and convert browsing into WhatsApp enquiries and booked trials.

What we did
We built a catalogue-first website: collection galleries organised the way brides think (bridal, occasion, price mood), large detail photography showing embroidery close up, WhatsApp enquiry buttons on every piece (“Ask about this outfit” with the design reference auto-attached), plus trial-appointment booking. No cold catalogue grids – each piece carries context: fabric, work, customisation notes. Method: website guide; store mechanics where applicable from our cost guide.

The browsing-to-visit funnel
Before vs after
| Step | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Collection | In-store racks + scattered photos | Browsable online catalogue |
| Enquiry | Cold calls, no reference | WhatsApp with design reference |
| Trial visit | Browsing from zero | Shortlist ready, pieces pulled |

What changed
Measured results (catalogue size, WhatsApp enquiries, visits booked, with source and dates) plus a client quote will be published here once approved.
