A franchise salon fights twice: against rival brands and against same-brand outlets a few kilometres away. Green Trends Pragathi Nagar had to own its own neighbourhood on Google Maps – its own reviews, its own tour, its own booking path – so nearby searches end at its door, not a competitor’s. Here is the local-visibility system we built.
The situation
Franchise listings blur together: same brand name, similar photos, reviews scattered across outlets. A customer searching “salon near me” in Pragathi Nagar saw options – and nothing told them why this outlet deserved the visit. No walkthrough of the floor, thin recent reviews, booking buried two taps deep. The outlet needed its own local identity inside the franchise brand: its premises visible, its reviews fresh, its booking instant.

What we did
Three moves, one neighbourhood strategy. One, a Google 360 tour of the actual floor – browsers walk the salon from Maps before visiting (prep routine: shoot-day checklist). Two, a review engine at the billing counter: tap card plus QR plus next-day WhatsApp follow-up, every review replied within 48 hours (method: reviews within the rules). Three, a website and booking path tuned for “salon in Pragathi Nagar” searches with call and WhatsApp booking on every screen. Franchise brand on top, outlet identity underneath.

The neighbourhood visibility stack
Before vs after
| Signal | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Premises proof | Stock-feel photos | 360 walkthrough of the real floor |
| Review freshness | Old, unreplied | Steady stream, all replied |
| Booking | Buried, phone-only | Call + WhatsApp on every screen |

What changed
Measured results (Business Profile views, calls and direction requests, review count – with source and dates) plus a client quote will be published here once approved.
