Industrial buyers do not browse – they verify. A procurement engineer comparing engineering-plastics suppliers wants material grades, tolerances, certifications and a quote path, not slideshows. Hason Industries needed a B2B website that answers technical questions before the first call, so enquiries arrive qualified instead of curious.
The situation
Manufacturers lose deals to silence: buyers who cannot find grades, MOQs, lead times or certifications move to the next supplier without calling. Hason’s expertise lived in quotations and phone calls – invisible to every engineer searching at 11 PM from a plant floor. The site had to work like a senior sales engineer who never sleeps: technical pages per product family, downloadable specs, application notes, and an RFQ form asking the right questions (material, dimensions, quantity, timeline) so quotes go out in one round.

What we did
We structured the site around buyer verification: product-family pages with grades, properties and applications; a capabilities section (machinery, tolerances, quality process); certification and client-trust signals; and an RFQ form engineered for manufacturing (drawings upload, quantities, delivery location). Every enquiry routes to email plus WhatsApp so RFQs get same-day responses – speed wins industrial deals as surely as price. Where print applied (signage or labels supplied), the physical brand matches the digital one. Approach: decision-grade scoping, industrial signage context.

Anatomy of a qualified RFQ page
Before vs after
| Step | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Technical answers | Phone calls only | Grades, specs, applications online |
| RFQ quality | “Send quote” with no details | Structured RFQ + drawing upload |
| Response | Inbox-checked-when-checked | WhatsApp + email in seconds |

What changed
Measured results (RFQs received, product pages viewed, any print work supplied, with source and dates) plus a client quote will be published here once approved.
